Europe's current crisis of democratic disengagement and apathy needs a different kind of response. It needs genuine participation. We helped Alharaca StoryLab find where their proposal could take root in the European landscape, positioning them as the necessary bridge between citizens and their democracies. From strategy and narrative to brand identity, we built everything they needed to move from vision to reality.

BMW iX2 - Make It Real

This was a pivotal chapter in BMW's electrification story, the iX2 launch was designed to connect with a new generation: younger, digital-native, and always online. In Make it Real, virtual influencer Lil Miquela steps out of the virtual world to discover the real world, using the BMW iX2 as her guide. Bridging the digital and the physical, the car becomes a metaphor for genuine sensation in an increasingly virtual age.

With up to 491 kW of power and sustainable materials throughout, the iX is positioned as a personal, forward-thinking choice for those who see mobility as something to be felt, not just driven.

Sustainability communication has a tone problem. It either scolds or simplifies. TrenntMagazin, the annual publication of Berliner Stadtreinigung (BSR), was built on a different premise: that stories about waste, circularity, and ecological imagination could be genuinely worth picking up. Profiling innovators and giving voice to the people making circular economy real, the editorial content turned a public institution's message into something people actually wanted to read.

When the Dragonerareal in Kreuzberg was pulled back from private speculation and handed to a cooperative development process, it became a rare experiment in equitable, climate-conscious urbanism. Commissioned by the Senate Department for Urban Development, Building and Housing Berlin, the documentation captured the harder questions: how cities contribute to climate resilience, how affordable housing and green infrastructure coexist, and how consequential decisions get made together.

Loneliness. Burnout. The quiet mental health struggles of single parents navigating impossible loads alone. These are conditions society tends to overlook and rarely addresses directly. KKH's (Kaufmännische Krankenkasse) commitment to reaching people at their most vulnerable produced two campaigns, #MehrAlsAllein and #TeamAlleinerziehende, that required the same difficult balance: carrying genuine information without feeling clinical, and empathy without feeling patronising.
